OPERATION: Empty Body with "echoOkUltimateReceiver" header block via an intermediary, relay="true", MU="true". (Test ST5)

This operation sends a string value in the echoOkUltimateReceiver header block, which is understood only by the ultimate receiver. The target of the header block is the role "next". relay is "true", and mustUnderstand is "true". Although relay is "true", it has no effect since MU is "true". Since the intermediary doesn't understand the header block, a MustUnderstand fault is returned to the sender. Note that the intermediary identifies itself in the "Node" member of the fault message.
