OPERATION: Empty Body with "echoOkUltimateReceiver" header block via an intermediary, relay="wrong". (Test ST6)

This operation sends a string value in the echoOkUltimateReceiver header block, which is understood only by the ultimate receiver. The target of the header block is the role "next". relay has the invalid value "wrong", so the intermediary returns a fault message to the sender. Note the the intermediary identifies itself in the "Node" member of the fault message.
