METHOD: echoNestedArray (bad array)

This method has a Struct return type and one Struct [in] parameter.
The struct consists of an integer value, a float value, string value, and a nested array value. The array is improperly serialized, the size is incorrect. This should result in a Sender fault with subcode "rpc:BadArguments".
