METHOD: echoNestedArray (missing id)

This method has a Struct return type and one Struct [in] parameter.
The struct consists of an integer value, a float value, string value, and a nested array value. One of the nested array items has a ref to a noexistent id value. This should result in a Sender fault with subcode "enc:MissingID".
