METHOD: echoStruct using SOAP 1.2 (bad encodingStyle on member)

This method has a Struct return type and one Struct [in] parameter.
The struct consists of an integer value, a float value, and a string value. One of the members will have a bad encodingStyle. This should result in a DataEncodingUnknown fault.
