METHOD: echoStruct using SOAP 1.2 (duplicate ids)

This method has a Struct return type and one Struct [in] parameter.
The struct consists of an integer value, a float value, and a string value. Two of the members have the same id value, this should result in a Sender fault with subcode "enc:DuplicateID".
