OPERATION: "echoString" (doc/literal) via a "forwarding intermediary" (Test xmlp-13).

This operation sends a string value in the echoString Body block. The message is intended to be relayed via an intermediary to the ultimate destination (configuration based static routing is used, no routing header entry is present). However, the message that would normally be sent from the intermediary to the next node in the message path is instead reflected back to the originating sender (this browser instance) for display.
