Installation and startup:

• Run the Windows installer wmss_3v20.msi.
• Start the "White Mesa SOAP Service" using the Services applet. Right click on "My Computer" and select "Manage". The Services applet is found under "Services and Applications" in the Management Console.
• Click "Start" and find the "White Mesa SOAP Server" program group under "Programs". Launch any of the client apps found there and enjoy.

NOTE: Always run the binary installation before installing and building the source. The binary install creates the necessary directory structure and registry entries which would otherwise have to be set up by hand.
